Due to a lack of demand and the absence of an official custodian, the site remained inoperable. Landmarc recognised the possibilities and benefits of the site. We presented a business case to our customer demonstrating the training value of the location. The customer agreed with our assessment, and a programme was put in place to bring the facility back in use, to deliver targeted specialised training at considerably reduced cost.
