Landmarc are currently looking for an Operations Room Administrator to join our team. This role will be based on 24/7 shift pattern working an average of 42 hours a week this will include nights and weekends. The shift pattern will typically be working 7am - 7pm or 7pm -7am. 2 days, 2 nights and 4 days off, but we ask the successful candidate to be flexible with this.

The Operations Room Administrator will be responsible for carrying out duties as required, this will mainly include administrative support and other services as requested to the 24/7 Operations Room.

Role duties:

• To use a variety of office equipment and technology as required including both PC and tablets
• To liaise with stakeholders at all levels
• To ensure the Training Estate Facilities are fit for purpose
• Administrative duties
• Ability to understand and read mapping and grid systems

What you know:

• Knowledge of emergency response procedures
• Knowledge of mapping and grid systems (essential)
• Ability to operate office and communications equipment effectively
• Computer literate
• A good level of numeracy and literacy gained through a Level 2 qualification such as a G.C.S.E. grade A-C or equivalent and proven admin or support services experience
• Experience of communicating with stakeholders

• Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
