Landmarc Support Services is proud to support the Armed Forces community through our Guaranteed Interview Scheme. The scheme offers a guaranteed interview to eligible applicants from the Armed Forces community who meet the minimum criteria for the role they have applied for.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

The scheme applies to applicants who are:

• Military veterans
• Reservists
• Spouses, civil partners or long-term cohabiting partners of serving Armed Forces personnel
• Graduates of the X-Forces Enterprise Cadets in Enterprise programme

MEETING THE MINIMUM CRITERIA

To be offered a guaranteed interview under the scheme, applicants must meet the minimum criteria listed in the job advert.

The minimum criteria usually include the essential qualifications, experience, skills or licences required to perform the role safely and effectively. These are clearly stated in the job description and job advert for each vacancy.

If an application does not demonstrate that the minimum criteria have been met, we will unfortunately be unable to offer an interview under the Guaranteed Interview Scheme.

WHAT THE SCHEME MEANS

Our Guaranteed Interview Scheme ensures that eligible members of the Armed Forces community who meet the essential role requirements will always be offered an interview. This not only provides fair access to opportunities at Landmarc, but also gives candidates the chance to develop their interview skills and receive valuable feedback to support future applications.

The Guaranteed Interview Scheme does not guarantee a job offer.
