Our corporate social responsibility is shaped by a variety of factors – from our use of local suppliers and the employment opportunities we provide, to the support of tenants and community projects, and the stewardship of the natural capital of the training estate.

We know the value and significant benefits that serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families bring to our business. This is why we have pledged our commitment by signing the Armed Forces Covenant and have achieved a prestigious gold award through the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.
VOLUNTEERING TO 'BE THE DIFFERENCE'
Our ‘Be the Difference’ initiative supports employees to formally volunteer some of their time to a charity or community project during regular working hours. It forms part of our approach to maintaining a culture of ‘shared value’ and corporate social responsibility across all operations.
