LIFE AT LANDMARC

A DIVERSE AND TALENTED TEAM

Our vision is to provide the best training experience for our Armed Forces, enhancing their knowledge, skills and effectiveness to better deploy on frontline operations and return home safely. Employing a diverse workforce is the key to this success and we take great pride in stimulating a culture where people of all ages and backgrounds are able to teach, share and learn from one another.

We keep people connected through our Employee Engagement Forums, our internal communications app, Landmarc Connect, and our online Learning Centre and actively encourage feedback about how we can do things better through our Bright Ideas Business Improvement Programme.

OUR PEOPLE

As a team, we take pride in providing the best training experience for our Armed Forces and we hope that anyone who decides to join us will enjoy being a part of that. Read stories and watch videos from some of our people to find out more about what it’s like to work at Landmarc.

EMPLOYEE NETWORKS

Our employee networks are designed to create supportive environments that can often enhance career development and contribute to personal development at work, as well as providing much needed emotional support in many cases.

MENTAL HEALTH AT WORK COMMITMENT

We have signed the Mental Health at Work Commitment, to demonstrate our ambition to develop a workplace environment and culture where all employees can thrive.

A DIVERSE AND TALENTED TEAM

“Twice each year we bring our Employee Representatives together and connect them with business leaders to share important business updates and provide opportunities to ask questions, challenge the status quo and give feedback on how we could do things better. Their input and ideas are invaluable and really do help us to make a difference.”

Karen Porter, Head of Communications & Engagement
