Project management

Defence project management

We provide professional support and consultancy across both rural and built environments, delivering multi-million pound projects designed to ensure our Armed Forces have what they need to deploy on frontline operations.

With extensive experience in defence project management, we care for more than 190,000 hectares of land and over 1,600 properties across the UK. Every project we undertake is designed to deliver results, quickly; whether it’s to upgrade an essential training asset, save precious natural resources, cut energy costs or improve the lived-in experience for troops.

Through our national project management team we deliver:

  • Large-scale land management
  • Environmental management plans, including energy-reduction initiatives and protection of the rural estate
  • Waste reduction and zero-waste-to-landfill projects
  • Historical conservation and archaeological survey work
  • Compliance and legislation
