Celebrating 20 Years of Supporting the Armed Forces
2023 marks 20 years since Landmarc set out on our unique mission to provide support services to the Armed Forces on the Defence Training Estate.
Over that time defence training has seen many transformations but one thing has remained constant – our commitment to providing an unrivalled training experience for the military.
In our twentieth year, as we look forward to the future, we are also celebrating the people, places, and partners who have contributed to our success.
OUR HISTORY
In 2003, Landmarc set out on a mission to provide the Armed Forces with an unrivalled training experience. Fast forward twenty years and our mission hasn’t changed; we are all here to provide the best training experience we can for troops.
TEAM LANDMARC
We employ over 1,300 staff across the United Kingdom in roles ranging from administration through to air traffic control. Many of our employees have an Armed Forces background, with a strong workforce of veterans, spouses and reservists.
SUSTAINABILITY
The Defence Training Estate makes up 1% of the United Kingdom landmass and contains 164 Sites of Special Scientific Interest. Our sustainability teams provide the critical task of managing the natural environment as well as contributing to the UK’s Net Zero Carbon by 2050 target through a host of environmental projects across the estate.

CHARITY AND COMMUNITY
Giving back is one of our core values and over the years we have raised thousands of pounds for a range of charities. Employees are also encouraged to give back through volunteering days.
