PENSION SCHEME

Landmarc offers all employees an opportunity to join the company stakeholder pension scheme, where the company will contribute up to 8% of the employee’s salary so long as the employee matches or exceed this.  Employees who do not join this scheme, if they met the criteria, will be auto enrolled to our similar stakeholder scheme and contribute 4% of the employee’s salary which the company will match. 

 

PROFESSIONAL FEES

Reimbursement of professional fees will be granted once per year for professional fees that are associated with your position in the company. 

ANNUAL SALARY REVIEW

In consultation with the recognised Trade Unions, Landmarc review the salary position of the company, and depending on affordability, implement any changes in April of each year. 

 

LIFE ASSURANCE

Should the worst happen while you are employed by Landmarc, every employee is insured for three times their annual salary, to help the loved ones that are left behind.

Employees may hire a car or van within the UK via our partners Zenith at discounted rates.
