“The Training Estate Public Safety (TEPS) team’s core role is to establish and maintain a safe place for military staff to train. I oversee a team of four on Salisbury Plain and we all take shifts to patrol the Estate in order to ensure there is no one at risk.” says John Stanwix, TEPS Team Leader

“One of the things I love most about the job is interacting with staff on sites and across the business. I’m involved with monthly Range Inspections at both locations, chairing monthly unit meetings with Team Supervisors and Team Leaders and liaising with DIO’s Training Safety Officer.” says Site Manager, Billy Livingstone
