Landmarc has been shortlisted in three categories at the 2026 British Forces in Business Awards, recognising both individual achievement and the organisation’s ongoing commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.
Landmarc has been named as a finalist for:
- Outstanding Achiever of the Year – Jamie Hutch MBE, Head of Soft FM
- Advocate of the Year
- Employer of the Year
Widely recognised as the world’s largest celebration of veterans in second careers, the British Forces in Business Awards shine a spotlight on the achievements of veterans, reservists and Forces-friendly employers across the UK and beyond. Often described by BFBS as the “Oscars of Veteran Employment”, the awards champion the value the Armed Forces community brings to business, society and the wider economy.
This year’s finalists were announced following a record-breaking nominations cycle, reflecting the growing recognition of veteran hiring as a strategic advantage for employers. Since launching in 2018, the awards programme has recognised more than 2,500 veterans and reservists while helping to reshape perceptions around military-to-civilian transition and employment opportunities.
Landmarc’s shortlisting reflects the business’s longstanding commitment to creating meaningful career opportunities for veterans, reservists and military families, while recognising the unique skills, leadership and experience they bring to the workplace.
The nomination for Outstanding Achiever of the Year recognises the impact made by Jamie Hutch in his role as Head of Soft FM, while the Advocate of the Year and Employer of the Year shortlistings celebrate the wider efforts across the organisation to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for the Armed Forces community.

The awards also support the work of SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity providing lifelong support to serving personnel, veterans and their families. Landmarc is proud to maintain a strong partnership with SSAFA through its support for the transitional mentoring service.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony and gala dinner during Armed Forces Week, on Thursday 25 June. Held at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in London, this year’s ceremony will be hosted by ITV News anchor Nina Hossain, alongside a headline lineup of speakers and entertainment which includes world-record-breaking adventurer and TV presenter Bear Grylls OBE and four-time Paralympic gold medallist Jaco van Gass OBE.
