Today, on Reserves Day, we are recognising and celebrating the dedication of colleagues across Landmarc who serve as Reservists in the UK Armed Forces or volunteer as Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs).
Alongside their roles at Landmarc, these colleagues commit their own time to developing specialist skills, supporting national resilience and standing ready to serve when needed. Their dedication, professionalism and leadership benefit not only the Armed Forces but also strengthen our own teams every day.
Around 25 colleagues across Landmarc currently serve as Reservists or CFAVs. Reservists balance civilian careers with military service, while CFAVs volunteer with the Cadet Forces to help develop and inspire young people.
As a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, we are committed to supporting those who serve. Landmarc provides up to ten days additional days of paid leave each year for Reservists and CFAVs and supports colleagues who are mobilised for service.
To all our Reservists and CFAVs, thank you for your service and for everything you do.
Later today, we will be sharing the story of one of our colleagues who volunteers as a Cadet Force Adult Volunteer, highlighting another way members of #TeamLandmarc support the Armed Forces community and help develop the next generation.
