As proud supporters of the Armed Forces Community, Landmarc is hosting a dedicated careers event to support military service leavers in their transition to civilian employment.
The event titled ‘Landmarc Pathways: From Service to Second Career’ is taking place on Tuesday 9th June 2026 at Salisbury Plain from 9.30am to 3.30pm and invites veterans, Armed Forces leavers, and military spouses to attend. Designed specifically for service leavers, the event will provide tailored guidance, networking opportunities, and exposure to career pathways within Landmarc and beyond.
Transitioning from military to civilian life can present challenges. As a business operating on the Defence Training Estate, Landmarc aims to recognise the valuable skills, experience, and dedication service leavers bring to the workforce while helping attendees build confidence and identify new career opportunities.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Discover real career routes at Landmarc
- Translate military skills into civilian roles
- Receive CV and interview guidance from industry professionals
- Hear real transition stories from veterans now working in civilian careers
- Explore self-employment opportunities with X-Forces Enterprise
- Learn about SSAFA transitional mentoring
- Build valuable connections for your next step
