Landmarc will be hosting a recruitment open day in Tilshead, Wiltshire on Wednesday 1 March, with an open invitation to all local jobseekers to learn about the variety of job opportunities available on Salisbury Plain Training Area (SPTA).
The open day takes place at Tilshead Village Hall between 7:30am and 6:00pm, where representatives from Landmarc will be on hand to advise visitors on the roles available and offer guidance to individuals on the application process.
At over 94,000 acres, SPTA is the UK’s largest training area. It offers live firing ranges and other facilities for armoured vehicles, artillery, engineers and infantry for our Armed Forces.
Working in partnership with Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), Landmarc provides the support services that enable the Armed Forces to live, work and train on the Ministry of Defence (MOD)’s UK Defence Training Estate.

Visitors should be aware that there will be road closures along the A360 between Gore Cross and Tilshead on the 1 March to remove trees infected with Ash Dieback disease. Diversions will be in place but please make sure you allow extra time for your journey if this work will affect you.
