Gary Harvey, Hard FM Assurance Manager at Landmarc, has received an Exemplary Service Award following a nomination from the Compliance Management team, recognising his outstanding leadership and the positive influence he brings to colleagues across the organisation.
Leading a team of six Compliance Managers, Gary has been praised for his ability to create a high-performing, collaborative environment built on trust, clarity and consistency. His approach to leadership combines strong communication, genuine care for his team’s wellbeing and a clear focus on continuous improvement.
Andy Collinson, Compliance Manager for the South West region, shared insight on behalf of the team, highlighting the qualities that led to their collective nomination.
