Lee Worrall, Maintenance Technician for Landmarc and WO2 Scott Maclean, Deputy Training Safety Officer for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), both based at Kirkcudbright Training Centre in Dundrennan, have raised over £1,000 for SSAFA, The Armed Forces Charity, by climbing Snowdon in North Wales.

The release of the UK government’s Veterans’ Strategy Action Plan 2022-2024 is a great step forward in supporting and empowering the UK’s military veteran community. The Action Plan aims to provide a solid foundation on which the government can continue to build over the next two years and beyond.
QUEENS SPEECH OFFERS A WELCOME BOOST TO THE ARMED FORCES COMMUNITY

The announcement in last week’s Queens Speech that the government has made a promise to incorporate the Armed Forces Covenant into law is another great step forward in recognising the vital contribution made by the UK’s military community.
AWR TAIN TAKE PART IN BEACH CLEAN

When Tain Air Weapons Range was closed for a day in November, volunteers from Landmarc and DIO cleared the washed up debris that had appeared on the beach over the last few months.
