As part of our ongoing ‘Be the Difference’ volunteering scheme, we’ve recently launched our 2016/2017 Community Report to highlight a selection of the UK wide community projects that our staff have supported over the last year.
LANDMARC HELPS TO CLEAN UP THE CORNISH COAST

A team of eight Landmarc employees took to the Cornish coast on World Environment Day to help clean up over a mile of coastline around the Ministry of Defence’s Tregantle Fort.
LANDMARC DIGS DEEP FOR LOCAL SCHOOLCHILDREN

A team of workers from Kirkcudbright Training Centre in Scotland have volunteered over 450 hours to build a new sensory play area at Gatehouse Primary School in Gatehouse Fleet.

Landmarc Support Services and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) have hosted their annual carol service at St. Mary’s Church at West Tofts, one of Britain’s finest Gothic Revival churches, raising around £600 to help support military charities and church repairs thanks to generous contributions from the congregation.

A charity golf day organised by local firm Landmarc Support Services (Landmarc) has raised a massive £7,056 for two local charities, the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and the North East Autism Society.
HYTHE RANGES OPEN DAY RAISES OVER £2,500 FOR ABF THE SOLDIERS’ CHARITY

Every two years as part of the Hythe Festival, Landmarc and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) holds an open weekend at Hythe Ranges in Kent. This year, the event has raised a massive £2,682.63 for ABF The Soldiers Charity.
EAST HAVEN LOCALS BOWLED OVER WITH NEW FRENCH BOULES COURT

Nicola Lyall, Landmarc’s Service Administrator at Barry Buddon Training Camp in Scotland has organised a team of volunteers to construct a new community French boules course for residents in the local village of East Haven.
