LEADING FROM THE FRONT
Although the number of women working in what are considered male-dominated sectors is increasing, still in 2022 the percentage of women in higher management, director and board positions is in the minority. Kirsty Pearce, Corporate Services Director at Landmarc’s head office, has been a member of the team since 2002 when the business was announced as the preferred bidder for the Vanguard Contract. Twenty years later, Kirsty has worked her way up within the business into one of the top roles.
BALANCE FOR BETTER
Gender equality is, of course, the end goal for International Women’s Day and for all that support the movement. Jenna Adams-Snowdon, Area Delivery Manager in our East region and one of our newest team members, is someone that feels passionately about this.
